We currently are successful restaurant owners. Unlike most, though, we do not claim to be the ultimate experts. Our approach relies on data and numbers – facts – not opinions and assumptions.
Who’s an “expert” anyways? In a fast-changing environment past experience is certainly valuable but being able to identify issues and quickly adjust to them makes all the difference.
